Ms. Suman Gautam, with over 25 years of experience in education and leadership, brings a rich legacy of excellence to Shiva International Residential School. Having served in renowned institutions like Mayo College Ajmer, Shiv Nadar School, DPS Dwarka, Hope Town Girls School, and The Galaxy Education System, she has nurtured students under diverse curriculums, including CBSE, IGCSE, and ICSE.

Her leadership goes beyond academics, with a strong emphasis on environmental awareness and global citizenship. She spearheaded the Green School Project, coordinated the International School Award initiative, and led a United Nations-recognized project on sustainable development at Mayo College, demonstrating her passion for creating globally conscious individuals.

Ms. Gautam’s dedication to education has been acknowledged with a Letter of Appreciation from India’s Ministry of Human Resource Development. She has addressed global audiences at prestigious forums, including the Annual AAG Summit and UNEP projects, on key issues such as sustainable development and reducing food wastage. Additionally, she authored the Geography Self Tutor for ICSE Grade X and contributed significantly to curriculum innovations, aligning NCERT Social Studies books with the National Education Policy as part of the core writing team.
